• AlJabri praises the role of the logistics sectors in the success of the traffic plan during Al-Quds summit

    The Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, Bandar AlJabri, praised the cooperation of all governmental and private bodies concerned with transport affairs in the success of the approved traffic plan during the twenty-ninth Arab summit (Al-Quds summit), which was chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in Dhahran earlier this week.

    Al-Jabri said that the traffic plan during the period of the summit, and the civil society on the other hand have been implemented with extreme precision, given the level of the occasion and its importance.

    Even though the event was huge event as it took place in the region with the presence of Arab leaders and accompanying delegations and the dozens of media organizations that accompanied the Summit, the commitment shown by all parties contributed to the smooth flow of movement within the region, namely Dhahran, Dammam, and Khobar.

    Al Jabri thanked the representatives of the following governmental bodies: the General Directorate of Traffic of the Eastern Region, General Authority of Customs, Saudi Ports Authority, Highway Patrol Administration, and King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam", in addition to institutions and companies of land transport, equipment, and carriers in general as well as the customs agents, which carried out their duties to the fullest. He explained that these bodies have shown a high level of coordination and cooperation, which contributed to facilitating the movement to and from public utilities in the Eastern Province such as King Abdulaziz Port.

    Al-Jabri praised the efforts exerted by the Director General of Traffic in the Eastern Region, Maj. Gen. Rashid bin Fahad Al-Hajri, who led the traffic movement efficiently and efficiently and contributed to organizing the coordination process between the various concerned parties in this area in the Eastern Region before, during, and after the Arab summit.

    Al-Jabri said that the coordination that took place during the past few days, based on the support and guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region and His Royal Highness Prince Ahmed bin Fahad bin Salman, which has contributed to the promotion of the status of the Eastern Region and its ability to host such huge events. He also affirmed-unquestionably- the keenness of all government and private bodies in bringing the country's image to its distinguished guests to the fullest.

    Al-Jabri said, "We have witnessed beautiful days of the Kingdom during the hosting of the Eastern region of the Arab summit of Al-Quds, which was chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz."​
